Returns, Warranty & Care Policy

At DavidWangJewelry, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and intention. Because fine jewelry is both personal and enduring, we’ve outlined our policies clearly below so you know exactly what to expect before and after your purchase.


Returns 

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

All items are custom-made and produced to order, with a standard production timeline of 4–8 weeks.
All custom-designed and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and are therefore final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund.


Lifetime Warranty

What Our Warranty Covers

DavidWangJewelry offers a lifetime warranty from the date of delivery covering:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Routine maintenance, including prong inspections, stone tightening, and professional cleaning

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Damage caused by accidental impact, improper handling, or exposure to chemicals

  • Any repairs, modifications, or resizing performed by a third party

Important: Engraved jewelry is excluded from warranty coverage and should be worn with special care.


Stone Replacement & Repairs

Accent Stones (30-Day Coverage)

If a small diamond or accent stone is lost within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no cost.

Center Stones & Larger Gemstones

We strongly recommend insuring center stones and larger gemstones through a third-party provider such as Jeweler’s Mutual.

  • If damage occurs, we will evaluate the piece upon return

  • If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, repairs will be completed at no charge

  • If damage is unrelated to craftsmanship, repair or replacement costs will be quoted individually

Engraving Repairs

While engraving is not covered under warranty, engraving damage can often be repaired. Pricing is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Ring Resizing

  • The first resizing is complimentary

  • Any additional resizing requests are available for an additional fee

Include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos if possible. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

  • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • If not covered, a repair quote will be issued for approval before any work begins


Additional Terms

  • Any repair or resizing performed by a jeweler other than DavidWangJewelry will void all warranties

  • This warranty constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy for issues related to manufacturing defects
